Bling box – Retirement gift
I built two Bling Boxes using the Vectric Project designed by Michael Tyler as retirement boxes. Both boxes were made using Padouk with a Corian inlay in the lid. Box 1 Box 2
Shop Counter Top
I have just finish building a shop counter top. I still have to do some sanding and staining to do. OH I forgot to say, this is a mini shop counter top
Miniature street sandwich board sign
Here is a miniature street sandwich board sign I cut using 1/8″ and 1/16″ Baltic birch for the Cottage Club miniaturists, the scale is 12:1 the height of the sandwich board sign is 3″ high and 2″ wide.
Wooden dice
Here is a set of wooden dice I made for an engineer, I used 1/8″ Baltic Birch plywood. The size of the dice is 1.5 cube.
Row of houses
I cut a bunch of miniature row of houses in corrugated cardboard for Janet Oliver (designer) for Cottage Club miniaturists, length is 3″ long x 1″ high. You can compare it against the size of the penny.
Demo Samples
Here are a few demo sample files that came with the Trotec laser, the first 2 pictures of laser engraving in wood the 3rd picture is a sample of cutting paper and also engraving into paper.
Paper wrought iron fence
After a few hours of drawing I finally cut a paper version of a wrought iron fence for my wife’s miniature house, the fence is 14.5″ long x 3″ high.
